This workshop will provide Data Managers with guidance on completing the annual Summer Withdrawal data collection in eRIDE. Participants will learn how to review and update prior-year student exit information, submit current-year summer withdrawal records, resolve common submission errors, and validate graduates, dropouts, retentions, and transfer records. The session will cover required timelines, reporting requirements, best practices for working with Student Information Systems (SIS), and strategies for ensuring accurate cohort and graduation rate reporting. Time will also be provided for questions and individualized support while you submit the files.
