[RIDE] - average daily membership/attendance reports available for review |

| This is to inform you that RIDE has just completed the preliminary analyses of the student membership and attendance that you submitted in Enrollment Census for 2008-09. The following reports have been compiled and made availabe in Enrollment Census for district's review.
1. average daily membership report by district/school
2. average daily attendance report by district/school
The aveverage daily membership and attendance reports are basis for school funding (State Aid), analysis of per pupil expenditures (In$ite) and the calculations of student attendance rates for public reporting (NCLB Report Card).
Average daily membership is derived by dividing the aggregate days of student membership by total school days.
Average daily attendance is derived by dividing the aggregate days of student attendance by total school days.
Please review the numbers with your business managers and district administrators before you sign them off.
When reviewing the reports, pay special attention to the following areas - average daily membership/attendance by grade, district of residence, lunch, special ed and LEp status.
Please fix any discovered data problems in your Enrollment Census no later than October 1st.
Reports are automatically refreshed and updated over-night.
