[RIDE] - districts using automatic data transfer agent |

| This important message is for districts who are using RIDE's automatic DTA transfer agent to submit student Census records.
Because we are currently moving from one-school-year to the next, it is very important that you are submitting the correct school year's data to the right reporting year.
At this time, it is very likely that your SIS has been rolled over to 2009-10 school year, including student's grade and school. if you are still submitting data for 08-09, please MAKE SURE STUDENT'S ENROLLMENT RECORD IS AS OF 08-09 SCHOOL YEAR, student's grade in particular!
PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND VERIFY YOUR CURRENT CONNECTION SETTINGS. STOP THE AGENT IMMEDIATELY IF A PROBLEM IS DETECTED. INFORM OUR HELPDESK AS WELL IF YOU SUBMITTED ANY RECORDS THROUGH DTA WITH INCORRECT STUDENTS' GRADES AND SCHOOLS.
Our DTA enables districts to submit data for mutiple years, but we understand that not all districts are capable of handling multiple reporting years with our DTA. We therefore advise you review your current settings and discuss with your SIS vendor to assess your capabilities.
