[RIDE] - enrollment census and student rosters for 09-10 |

| This is to inform you that later today RIDE will be activating the Enrollment Census for 09-10 reporting year and enabling districts to begin submitting the fall enrollment data.
With Enrollment Census open, please first select the right school year that you will be working on. To begin working on 09-10 Census, you need to first initiate a new school calendar. If you have all of the needed information, it will only take a few minutes to complete.
The last day to submit the 09-10 enrollment data for the Fall NECAP assessment is July 31.
If by July 31st we do not have your enrollment records for the Fall, we will extract the needed information from your 08-09 Census. Please make sure the schcode_next field is completely filled for all students who will be re-enrolled next year.
