[RIDE] - latest on ADT agent, please read |

| RIDE has released a new version of the Automated Data Transfer agent. Our development team went through and optimized the code. It should now take approximately half the amount of time it did previously to perform a submission. If you do encounter any timeout issues, please contact me immediately. The system is now capable of logging the entire transaction so that we can identify any issues that might arise. Please close the agent and launch it again from the start menu to get the latest version.
For those of you who would like to use the agent in lieu of the Emergency Attendance collection, you may do so. This does mean that you will need to have up to date enrollment submitted prior to submitting the attendance data. Both may be performed through the ADT. If you are going to use this method, the data needs to be transmitted by 1:30 each afternoon. Any other scheduled submissions should occur in the time window that Ken mentioned in the last email.
