[RIDE] - submitting discipline data through ADT agent |

| Districts who are ADT-capable can now schedule your tranmissions of their annual suspensions records.
In the meantime, please send us an email on your daily schedules of various transmissions, to helpdesk@ride.ri.gov.
Our systems automatically process your newly submitted data and rebuild all of the reports over-night between 10-12pm, it also performs all of the backups and archives in that time window. It is therefore best that you schedule the transmissions between 5-10pm each evening or 5-8am each morning. Of course, data transmitted in the morning will not be reflected in the summary reports for that day.
To report any problems with the ADT agent, please also call or email our helpdesk 222-8968 or helpdesk@ride.ri.gov.
