| This is a reminder that the Transition Outcome Survey began on April 6, 2009 and will continue through May 22, 2009. You have been identified by your district as either a Case Manager or Point Person and have been given access to the Special Ed Transition Survey icon on eRide (www.eride.ri.gov).
If you do not have your login information, usernames and passwords can be retrieved at www.eride.ri.gov. Click on the 'Login/Password Lookup' link which is located below the user login and password textboxes. Complete the form and an email will be sent to your registered email address with your username and password.
