| Please be advised that the 2008-2009 Annual School Health Report was due on March 2, 2009. Thank you to all the districts that have completed and submitted their report.
If your district has completed but not signed off on the report, please do so by Wednesday, April 22, 2009.
For districts that have not yet completed the report, you must complete the report; sign off and submit to RIDE by April 22, 2009.
