[RIDE] - rosters for State Science Assessment |

| As we informed you in the weekely enrollment census status reports, we are currently building the rosters for the upcoming Science assessment. Any open enrollment records which should have been terminated because students are now enrolled elsewhere will be purged in our final extract on Monday Feb 23rd. Many of such out-dated records are currently showing in your duplicates page.
Run a snapshot report using 2/20/2009 as your snapshot date and you will see the listing of students being extracted for the Science assessement with grades 4, 8 and 11 included for each school and the whole district.
If you have not submitted any updates to the enrollement census in the last 30 days, chances are that we will miss a lot of students in your district for this important state assessment. Many of the student demographic and program information may be out of date.
We continue to ask you to keep the census up-todate towards the end of each month, including resolution of any duplicates and demographic errors .
