[RIDE] - clsoing the Fall enrollment reporting |

| As of today 11/10, all LEAs have submitted and certified their fall student enrollment data. Aggregate reports (v.1.8) have been updated and posted at -
www.eride.ri.gov/doc/fall08_reports.xls
We urgently ask you to resolve any remaining duplicate enrollment records and any other data issues within the next few days and recertify the submissions.
It is also critical that you review the aggregate summary reports carefully to ensure data quality. The head of the district and school will be asked to sign off these reports on Monday November 17th. You will not be able submit any data after the end of this week. All submitted data by November 17th will be considered as final, and will be used for State and federal reporting, and used for the final merge with the State test results and the subsequent AYP analyses.
