RI Transition Outcome Data Collection |

| As you are aware, the RI Transition Outcome Data collection is now underway. We would like to remind all districts that the survey period will close on May 23rd. We have noticed that there is inactivity within some districts on this collection and we urge you to please assign surveys so that the case managers can begin contacting the students.
Please let David or Betty know if you need assistance and thank you for your efforts to reach the students and complete the surveys.
