[RIDE] - End-of-Year Consolidated Enrollment Reporting |

| This is to inform you that you may start submitting the enrollment data for the End-of-Year (EOY) consolidated State reporting. Instructions including deadlines and RIDE contacts have been posted online - simply click or follow this link: https://www.eride.ri.gov/doc/srec_eoy_07.asp
Reporting requirements are similar to previous two years, but please make sure you review the instructions before you compile the data for final submissions. For this year, we allow students' LEP monitoring status to be included with the LEP status field.
As in every quarterly State reporting, we expect the districts to follow the critical timelines for submitting the data, resolving duplicates and errors and signning off the reports. RIDE will start extracting the data as early as mid-August for NECAP testing, inputs for In$ite, State Aid and critical analyses for State and federal reporting.
In the next few days, we will be openning the rest of the reporting applications for the Discipline Report, the district Transportation Report and the SALT Teacher Data Report. You will be notified when these applications are ready.
