| All users designated as the Point Person for the Special Education Transition Outcome Survey now have access to this new eride application via the eride portal at www.eride.ri.gov. We are now requesting a listing of Case Managers (or whomever your district would like to conduct this survey) emailed to elizabeth.landry@ride.ri.gov. Please submit a listing which includes first name, last name, email address and phone number. |
