eRIDE - a clarification to last message on duplicates and errors in demographics |

| We would like to add a clarification to the last message sent to you from eRIDE on remaining data issues in your October enrollment reporting.
The majority of the districts have completed the October enrollment reporting on time, including duplicate resolution, demographic checks. However, one of our large districts just turned in their enrollment data, we therefore ask you to check again for any duplicates that showed up as a result of this delayed reporting.
We also ask you to check the student demographics. Most again have already done that, if so, simply ignore this request. If you have not, please check and fix the demographics in your reporting AND in your student record managment system. As of today, we still have a large of records that contained errors or inconsistencies in student demographics.
We appologize for any confusion in the last message.
