eRIDE - EOY consolidated reporting - check on # sr. graduates, dropouts |

| This report shows the # of senior graduates and dropouts by school/district. Please review for accuracy before the data are used to compute the graduation rates which will affect your schools' AYP status.

Please note the following:
1. sr. graduates only apply to high schools, if your non-high schools show up on this list, this means your LEA mis-coded the exit_type (Scituate Middle, e.g.).
2. dropout information: you only need to be finalizing the high school seniors who dropped out in this reporting for AYP assessment purposes, the full final dropout report for grades 7-12 is due in October.
3. graduate information: because some of your students' graduation status can not be determined until later in the summer, you have until August 20th to finalize the information.
