eRIDE - EOY consolidated reporting - data quality check |
Dr. Ken Gu - SEA |
We are currently running a series of data quality checks on the data you just submitted for the EOY consolidated reporting. In the next few days, you will be getting messages similar to this one, asking you to check and review for any possible data problems. You will also be asked to preview the highstake summary reports generated from the submitted data that will impack your school AYP status, the State Aid to your district and school, and the State testing.
Here is the first check on grades reported that showed fewer than 5 students enrolled. Often times, the LEA mis-reported a grade, a grade that is not part of a school building. For schools that offered alternative learning, small grade size is however expected.
To review this report, please click on or follow this link:

You will need to fix your reporting when a problem is identified and make sure you run the Update to update the summary reports.
For questions related to high-stakes data analysis and use, please call or email Dr. Ken Gu, 222-8957, ken.gu@ride.ri.gov. For technical assistance, please call or email Scott Gausland, 222-8463, scott.gausland@ride.ri.gov
Thank you!
