RIDE - access to RIDE's systems and phones |

| This is to inform our eRIDE users about a couple of system changes that may affect you.
At 4pm today June 16th, RIDE will be shutting down the entire RIDE network for maintenance and upgrade. This will affect your access to RIDE's Web sites and FTE servers, including the eRIDE portal and RIDE's public Web site. Services are expected to be restored after 8pm tonight.
We are also switching the phone systems. Effective from tomorrow Friday 6/17, we will be using our new phone system with new extensions. Our voicemail system will also be changed on that day, so please try NOT to leave any voicemails tomorrow or until we switch to our new extensions. You may still reach us through the same switch board number 222-4600.
