eRIDE: March state reporting & question on daily attendance |

| We would like to first congratulate and thank you for submitting the March enrollment data. You may start signing off the reporting after tomorrow March 25th when you have resolved the duplicates or any other data problems.
Here is my post-reporting question for you: How do you keep the students' daily attendance records? Can you answer Yes or No to or comment the following questions?
1. Are the attendance records kept and entered into the central Student Record Management System (SRMS) on a DAILY basis?
2. When a student is absent from school, how soon can you determine the type of absence and have it coded in your central SRMS?
3. Do you keep the information on truancy and tarddiness in your central SRMS? If not, are you planning to collect such information?
