eRIDE - deadlines for Spring enrollment reporting |

| This reminder is sent to all LEA superintendents, directors and data managers.
We would like to congratulate and thank the LEAs who have successfully submitted their March enrollment data. It is 11am Friday 3/18, we have received 65% of the 160,000 exepcted enrollment records for the State.
If you are one of the LEAs who have not submitted any records for this reporting, we would like to remind you that today is the deadline for submitting the data.
It is critical that LEAs follow the indicated time-table; the delay of one LEA's records may cause delays for the remaining LEAs to resolve duplicate reporting and sign off their data.
If your reporting is delayed by one or two pieces of information being missing (e.g., your students' lunch information is incomplete), we highly recommend you submit what you have and supply the missing information at a later time (by 3/25).
You have up untill 3/25 to resolve duplicates and correct any data problems. You will not be able to sign off the reporting until all problems have been resolved.
