eRIDE - Spring Reporting of Student Rosters |

| This is to inform the Superintendents, LEA Directors and Managers of Information Services that the March Reporting of Student Rosters is now open on eRIDE. Latest instructions on reporting is also posted.
Similar to the October and December reporting, this Spring reporting is a snap-shot of basic information on student demographics and program services received for all publicly enrolled students in your district.
March enrollment is used to compute participation rates and assign zero scores to students who failed to take the State Assessment. Missing data or inaccurately reported information will result in mis-classification of your school and district.
March enrollment records are also used to update and maintain the SASID system that allows the State to track student information over time and across databases.
Reporting starts now, but enrollment should be reported as of March 14th. All data must be submitted by March 18th. You are allowed to correct data errors and resolve duplicates from March 19th to March 25th. You may then sign off the reports after the March 25th. Reports can NOT be signed off this time before March 25th and until all duplicates are resolved!
