eRIDE - latest updates on the LEP Census |

| This is to inform you that we have made a few minor udpates to the LEP Census to allow you to better track the students being monitored.
Instead of checking off the Year 1 and Year 2 fields, you will be checking the year from a pulldown menu.
We also added a date field next to the monitoring years to allow you input the last date of a student being monitored. E.g., if a student being monitored left the district, you may put in the date when the student left the system. The date is currently defaulted to June 30th of the second monitoring year.
According to law, all monitored students are supposed to take the State Mac II test. If a monitored student is no longer with the district, please remember to 'terminate' that student's monitoring status by putting in a date when the student was last monitored.
