RIDE - upcoming December enrollment reporting |

| This is to update you with the latest on the upcoming December enrollment reporting.
1. The reporting application (December Enrollment) will be delivered to your eRIDE portal later this evening. We will also deliver the application to those who worked on the last October enrollment reporting. You may make changes as to who should have what levels of access as soon as the application becomes available to you.
2. The reporting instructions have already been posted online, you may access it inside the application or from State Reporting on the main eRIDE page. Please read the instructions before you start submitting the data.
3. The December enrollment reporting will replace the December roster submission to the State for State testing purposes. All data submissions have to be completed by December 10th, all data corrections and duplicates have to be fixed and reports signed off by December 15th. We will be generating the rosters for State testing purposes from the reported data to our testing company by December 20th.
4. Timeliness and data quality again are the key which will impact the Spring testing and ultimately how your schools will be classified by test results.
