RIDE - December Rosters |

| This is to inform you that you will be able to upload and submit the December rosters on December 1st. All rosters have to be submitted by December 10th, any data errors and duplicates resolved, reports signed off by December 15th. The procedure to submit the December rosters is the same as for submitting the October enrollment, except the 'as-of-date' will be '12/1/04'. Exact instructions and data layout will be posted online by this weekend. We expect the students' program and service information (e.g., Title1, Lunch eligibility, etc.) will be much more accurate and timely than what was reported in October. We also expect that you follow the exact procedure and schedule for data submission, error correction and sign-off as we all know by now that districts report duplicate enrollment of the same students which can not be effectively resolved until ALL districts reported their data. The State needs to quickly prepare the submitted the data for State and National testing and other State and Federal reporting purposes by December 20th.
