RIDE - NCLB Choice and SES reporting requirements |
Dr. Ken Gu - SEA |
This is a heads-up for the districts that are offering Choice and SES (Supplemental Educational Services) on the upcoming reporting of NCLB Choice and SES for each student that has either requested for a transfer (Choice) or received SES services.
For the students that requested for a transfer, the State wants to know for each student: school ID, grade, the school accepted the student, or not accomodated, whether or not tranpostation was provided, cost of transportation, as well as the students' lunch, lep, and iep statuses.
For the students that received SES, we need to know: whether or not the service provided was required or voluntary, the school ID, grade, whether or not served in a school year program, or summer program, or a saturday program, the provider ID, the cost, as well as the students' lunch, lep, and iep statues.
For a complete set of fields for State reporting, please click on Data Dictionary on eRIDE, select CHOICE or SES, then click on Find.
