RIDE - Average Daily Membership for State Aid |

| RIDE is currently reviewing the the Average Daily Membership information (or ADM) for 03-04 for each district and school. ADM was computed with the data you recently submitted as part of your EOY consolidated reporting. ADM is used for State Aid and In$ite.
In the meantime, we have posted the preliminary ADM statistics on eRIDE for you to review(http://www.eride.ri.gov/, click on Statistical Reports). The first report ("Average Daily Membership - 04") is the ADM by each school; the second one ("Average Daily Membership by Residency - 04") is the ADM by district, and by district residency.
Direct all inquries to me (Dr. Ken Gu, 222-4600 x 2241; kengu@ride.ri.gov) related to this email or on how we computed the ADM. Please work with your data manager to resolve any data issues related to the EOY consolidated reporting. You have until Sept 15th to make any changes and updates.
