RIDE - your district's student discipline record keeping system |

| To help us determine if there is a need to develop a student discipline record keeping module in addition to the already developed reporting module on eRIDE, please take a minute to reply to the following questions:
1. Does your district/LEA already have a discipline record keeping system as part of your Student Information System (SIS)? (ie., you do not need another pararell system to manage the discipline records).
2. If not, what application do you currently use to keep the discipline records? Do you use the Excel application you get from RIDE? Do you plan to continue to use this Excel application to maintain the discipline records? When do you plan to integrate the discipline records to your SIS?
3. Finally, if you choose to use this new new Web-based discipline record management module in your district/LEA, what features you would like to have (e.g., easy access to student rosters with SASID & LASID, multiple levels of access by district & school personnel, realtime reporting checks for errors, etc.)?
