RIDE - check for duplicates in EOY consolidated reporting |

| As more and more districts and schools submit the consolidated student data, possible duplicate student enrollments have been detected. To check for possible duplicates, we take a snapshot of student enrollments on a fixed date (e.g., 6/1/04). A duplicated enrollment is determined by a student being enrollned in more than one school/district on any single day. To find out if you have any possibly duplicated enrollments, simply click on 'Check for Possible Duplicates' inside the EOY Consolidated reporting application. Instructions on how to resolve a duplicate have also been posted.
