| This is a reminder that the LEP Census is due no later than June 30, 2004. We must have the summary sheets with signatures and data must be signed off on eRIDE by the date mentioned above. To print the summary sheets you need to click on the # Active for each school; the number is in light blue. Once you print and have the director and superintendent sign off on the sheet you may proceed by click on the sign off link on the last column. After you receive the signatures and sign off please fax the sheet to Melissa Cabral at 222-6667. Do not forget to review the student listing reports for accuracy purposes. If you have any questions please call Melissa at 222-4600 x. 2101 prior to June 30, 2004. |
