Signoff on the LEP Census |

| Just a reminder; the LEP Census is due no later than June 30, 2004. No extensions will be approved due to the deadlines for reporting information to Washington, DC; US Department of Education.
A signoff process has been created for the LEP Census. once signed off, users will not be able to add or make more changes to student records. Districts will also have to sign off the summary reports on paper and fax signed copies to the Office of Assessment and Accountability at 222-6667. Currently the LEP census coordinator and superintendent need to sign the summary reports.
Any district not signed off by June 30, 2004 will be locked by the state. Be sure all data is accurate on or before the 30th. Any questions contact Melissa Cabral at rid00855@ride.ri.net or at 222-4600 x.2101. |
