Sign off on LEP Census |

| Just a reminder; the LEP census is due no later than June 30, 2004. No extensions will be approved due to the deadlines for reporting informaiton to Washington, DC; Us Department of Education.
A signoff process has been created for the LEP Census. Once signed off, users will not be able to add or make more changes to student records. Districts will also have to sign off the summary reports on paper and fax signed copies to the Office of Assessment & Accountability to 222-6667. Currently the LEP census coordinator and superintendent must signoff on the summary report. Any records not signed off on June 30, 2004 will be locked by the state; so be sure to have all your records updated and accurate on or before June 30, 2004. |
