RIDE - training on Use of State Assigned Student ID for the LEP Census |
Dr. Ken Gu - SEA |
This message is sent to all directors/coordinators and LEP Census Data Input Staff.
On April 28, 2004 from 9-12, Dr. Ken Gu and the Assessment Office will be providing a training for LEP Directors/Coordinators and data input staff at the Sheraton Airport Hotel, 1850 Post Road in Warwick, RI. The purpose of this meeting is to provide you with very important information on:
1. How to use the State Assigned Student Identifier (SASID) for the LEP Census
2. How to use the web-based built-in tools to query and report data on Active Students and Services received and to maintain the demographic and service records.
You must sign up online on or before April. To sign up for one of the training session, simply go to eRIDE (http://131.109.26.242/), click on Trainings/Workshops on the side-menu. You do not need to login in order to sign up. However, if you have an eRIDE account, it will save time in completing the signup form if you login first. Once you click on the “sign up” button an email confirmation will be automatically sent to you in minutes.
Thank you! |
