| This is a general notice to districts and schools that have NOT submitted the Pupil Summary Report (ES-J005). Those that have submitted and signed off the reports may simply ignore this message.
If you have not submitted or have not signed off the Pupil Summary data, you have up to August 1st to complete this report. Pupil Summary data are used to compute State Aid and the Attendance Rate for the new Accountability System.
In most cases, this report is completed and submitted on eRIDE by district personnel and signed off on a printed copy by school principals. Once the principal signs off the report on paper, the submitted data can be electronically signed off/locked on eRIDE.
