| The 2017-18 school year collections are open. LEAs are encouraged to start uploading their data with a special emphasis on new student enrollments. RIDE will send the first roster upload to the Department of Human Services for Electronic Direct Certification (EDC) on August 17, 2017. An up-to-date file will ensure that Free and Reduced Lunch eligible students will be certified for the beginning of the school year. The next upload will be in mid-September.
