| CSAR for Lottery Data
The CSAR for lottery data will open March 1 in RIDEmap and is due by March 15th. This is earlier than last year but hope it will better enable enrollment projections to be finalized. It is important that the report reflect the number of seats offered at the time of the lottery. You do not have to wait for families to confirm acceptance. If the student was offered a seat on lottery day, put a Y for that student’s information. All other applicants, if valid, should be captured on the waitlist. If you have additional seats that are confirmed to be open after the lottery, these will show up in the data once the student is enrolled. The data will show that they were on the waitlist, but then were enrolled in the school. Please reach out to paula.barney@ride.ri.gov with questions
