| Good afternoon,
Several collections for the 2015-16 school year are open: https://www.eride.ri.gov/eRide40/DataDictionary/Calendar.aspx. Before you can upload any data, you need to complete the district's Grade Configuration within the Enrollment Census. Once complete, click the check box and click sign-off. Please print this sheet, have your Superintendent sign it, and send the signed report to RIDE via fax or email (preferred).
If you use the ADT agent, please make sure your collections are set up correctly to eliminate potential failures.
Lastly, we've had many data managers emailing us individually which creates a lot of confusion here. Please email us at: helpdesk@ride.ri.gov or submit a ticket at: https://support.ride.ri.gov/tickets/new.
