We will be discussing the October 1st deadlines:
-10/17 - enrollment data must be submitted - no extensions
-duplicates must be at 0
-demographics must be at 0
-review the Outside Enrollment report to make sure your students are properly accounted for
-10/24 - Submission and Snapshot (10/1 date) must be submitted to RIDE via email or fax.
Attendance, Discipline, and TCS data must be submitted daily. We send aggregate attendance numbers to the Department of Health daily and they use this data to assess possible outbreaks. Right now they are seeing pockets of the flu. It is EXTREMELY important that this data is submitted daily.
