RIDE - last day to report student information for state assessment |

| This is to remind you today (12/10) is the last day to update and signoff the reports of student roster information for state assessment (for grades 4, 8 and 11). The majority of the districts and schools have successfully completed this process on eRIDE. We will start dumping and shipping the reported data to the testing companies from tomorrow. It is therefore critical that this process is completed today. Without the accurate most up-to-date student demographic and program information, your students' state assessment booklets may be mis-IDed and mis-labelled, the state assessment results may become useless for school accountability.
For general assistance, please contact Melissa Cabral 222-4600 x 2101, rid00855@ride.ri.net. If you will be submitting the roster information with Excel, please contact Dr. Ken Gu 222-4600 x 2241 for help with submission. Ken will be available in the afternoon 12/10. |
