RIDE - LEP Census, latest updates |

| This message updates you the latest features and enhancements made to the LEP Census on eRIDE.
1. The 01-02 service records have been integrated into the database, please refresh the Active Status (enter an 'as of date', click on Update on the LEP home page for your district).
2. A student is now coded as 'active' if he/she is in the program receiving service(s) as of the set 'as-of-date' for any particular school year.
3. The MacII level has been updated to: beginning, developing, expanding and proficient.
4. You are now able to update/edit the teacher list in your district, activate and deactivate a teacher; to deactivate a teacher, simply uncheck the 'active' checkbox.
