Funding Formula Data Reminder |

| This is just a reminder. Funding Formula Data will be pulled on Monday, March 17 at 9:00am. Please remember to update your district calendar. The following fields in the Enrollment Census will be used for the funding formula: enroll_type, enroll_date, exit_date, lunch, and distCode_res.
Please make sure you have eliminated all duplicates. Please review the Outside Enrollment file download: https://www.eride.ri.gov/doc/EnrollmentCensus_OutsideEnrollment_FAQ.pdf. If you see records on your file that you believe are incorrect, or are missing records, please make sure you contact the other districts to resolve. The PDF explaining how the Average Daily Membership (ADM) is calculated is located here: https://www.eride.ri.gov/doc/calculatingADM.pdf.
