RIDE - latest on Updating the Student Information for State Assessment |

| This message updates you with the lastest on updating the student information for state assessment on eRIDE.
Please read the instructions carefully before you proceed. The instructions have been posted and updated online (http://131.109.26.242/si4sa/instructions.asp). If you have trouble viewing the instructions online, please call us ASAP, we can fax you a copy.
To ensure the quality and integrity of the data, the automated data submission feature continues to be disabled until we have finalized your October membership data. This however does not prevent you from preparing the roster information with Microsoft Excel and uploading the file to eRIDE (click on Student Information for State Assessment, go to the bottom of that page, click on '...submit state assessment roster with Excel'). We will have to carry out the final record submission for you which takes minutes to complete if the records were appropriately prepared. Please contact eRIDE Administrator (eRIDE@ride.ri.net) when you are ready for us to submit the records for you.
Your Login information is also attached. Please do not share your Login and Password with your colleagues.
