Good morning,
We are currently at 0 duplicates statewide - thank you to all for your assistance. Please review your Submission and Snapshot reports (as of date 10/1) BEFORE noon today. Any reports that have been updated must be printed today. If your district had changes, the new reports must be reviewed and faxed/emailed to RIDE by 3pm tomorrow, the 14th. We will be opening the enrollment collection later on today and will send a follow up email at that point.
For those that weren't able to come to our Building a Data-Ready District session on the 1st, we hope to see you on the 15th. Please register here: http://www.eride.ri.gov/WorkshopReg/viewWorkshop.aspx?workshopid=625.
- The At-home instructed, June graduating class, and Non-certified staff reports are due on Monday, November 26th at 3pm. These reports have electronic sign-offs. If you are not the staff member responsible to complete these reports in your district, please pass this message along to the accountable person.
- The summer withdrawal file must also be uploaded by 3pm on Monday, November 26th. The file layout is located here: https://www.eride.ri.gov/eRide40/DataDictionary/Default.aspx. Choose K12 STUDENT - SUMMER WITHDRAWAL from the list. Then click Display File Layout.
- Prior year dropouts, prior year graduates, prior year retentions and current year summer withdrawal reports are due on Tuesday, November 27th at 3pm.
