We will discuss any questions you have regarding the Funding Formula deadlines and staff from our Title I office will be available to discuss changes to the Title I codes that will be required for the EOY collections.
Funding formula reminders:
-eRIDE district calendar must be updated to reflect adjustments for any days that the district closed this year
-Enrollment file upload is due by 4pm, Wednesday, March 14, for funding-formula calculations. In this upload, the following five fields must be updated and accurate: enroll_type, enroll_date, exit_date, lunch, and distCode_res. The upload process will be closed at 4pm, at which point data managers must resolve duplicates.
-Data managers will have until 10 a.m. on Friday, March 16, to resolve the remaining duplicates.
-Signed reports are due by 4pm on Friday, March 16. The "ADM - State Calculated", "Snapshot, as of date 3/14/12", and "Submission" reports must be reviewed, signed, and faxed or scanned/e-mailed to RIDE once the duplicates are at zero.

If you see records on your file that you believe are incorrect, or are missing records, please make sure you contact the data manager in the other district to resolve as soon as possible.
