[RIDE] - Funding Formula Deadline |

| Good morning,
Thank you all for your hard work regarding TCS. The Principal sign off begins on Wednesday, February 29th.
Just a quick reminder about the March 9th deadline: home language and addresses for IEP students must be up to date and submitted through eRIDE. You can submit these through an incremental or complete year to date upload, which ever you prefer.
It’s funding formula time again:
-Enrollment file upload is due by 4pm, Wednesday, March 14, for funding-formula calculations.
In this upload, the following five fields must be updated and accurate: enroll_type, enroll_date, exit_date, lunch, and distCode_res. The upload process will be closed at 4pm, at which point data managers must resolve duplicates. Data managers will have until 10 a.m. on Friday, March 16, to resolve the remaining duplicates.
-Signed reports are due by 4pm on Friday, March 16. The "ADM - State Calculated", "Snapshot, as of date 3/14/12", and "Submission" reports must be reviewed, signed, and faxed or scanned/e-mailed to RIDE once the duplicates are at zero.
