Please read the following regarding deadlines and the updated information for tomorrow's WebEx:
Deadlines:
-Student enrollment and addresses must be uploaded to RIDE by TODAY at 3pm. Duplicates must be resolved. Please note that at 3pm today the collection will close at which point you have the opportunity to review your data/reports. If any data needs to be updated you will need to contact the HelpDesk (helpdesk@ride.ri.gov or 222-8400) for assistance beginning on Wednesday, the 26th; you have until Friday, the 28th to make final changes. Reports will be updated overnight and ready for review and signature on Monday, the 31st. The Submission and Snapshot reports must be reviewed, signed, and faxed/emailed to RIDE by Tuesday, November 1st at 3pm.
-All students who continued with a PLP from your EOY data and are/were enrolled as of the first day of this school year should be included in the Monday, October 31st deadline. http://www.ride.ri.gov/Instruction/DOCS/documents/Personal_Literacy_Plan_PLP_Data_Collection_2011-2012.pdf
- The At-home instructed, June graduating class, and Non-certified staff reports are due on Monday, November 14th at 3pm. If you are not the staff member responsible to complete these reports in your district, please pass this message along to the accountable person.
