[RIDE] - NECAP labels - policy change |

| Good afternoon,
Due to lotteries that are done in the Spring we’ve made a policy change for charter schools which will force you to upload a SY11-12 file for the NECAP labels. If you elected to use SY10-11 schcode_next and have any questions about how this change will affect you please let us know.
