| If your district does ZERO dropouts, you do not need to submit the dropout report on eRIDE. Simply reply this email (or call 222-4600 x2231) and request for a blank dropout form to be faxed to you (please tell us your fax # and the contact). Simply put 0s on the form, have the principal sign it and fax it back to us. If you have more than one school in your district with 0 dropout, you may make copies of the form, put 0s on each one, have them signed and faxed back to RIDE. |
