| This is to inform you that the Fall data reporting will start tomorrow on October 1st and end on October 15th. To assist you with the reporting process, RIDE has delivered the following reporting forms/applications to your eRIDE portal:
1. October Membership School Report (ES-F010E)
2. Dropout Report (ES-F011E)
3. June 2004 Graduating Class Fall Membership (ES-F015)
4. Non-Certified Personnel Report (ES-F045)
5. At-Home Instructed Students Report (ES-F501)
To start submitting the reports, simply login to eRIDE, click on the right reporting application and follow the instructions. The entire Fall Data Repports packet
can be downloaded from eRIDE under 'Submit Data'.
Please report problems with any of the applications by simply responding to this message.
