| This is to inform you that the Fall data reporting will start tomorrow on October 1st and end on October 15th. All needed reporting forms/applications have been delivered to your district's data staff (or their eRIDE portal) who participated in our data trainings last week:
1. October Membership School Report (ES-F010E)
2. Dropout Report (ES-F011E)
3. June 2004 Graduating Class Fall Membership (ES-F015)
4. Non-Certified Personnel Report (ES-F045)
5. At-Home Instructed Students Report (ES-F501)
To start submitting the reports, data users may simply login to eRIDE, click on the right reporting application and follow the instructions. The entire Fall Data Repports packet can be downloaded from eRIDE under 'Submit Data'.
We understand that not all district personnel who are responsible for Fall data reporting came to last week's training. District MIS contact may delegate access to the needed application through User Accounts. You may also contact eRIDE Administrator to have these applications
delivered to them.
Please report any issues and problems with any of the applications or user access by simply responding to this message.
