[RIDE] - 09-10 report update |

| Good afternoon,
This is to inform you that we have encountered a problem running the procedure for SY 09-10; therefore, we will run it tonight. We are also planning to run it tomorrow around 11am.
As a reminder, all districts must have SY 10-11 data submitted, OR, schcode_next filled in correctly for SY 09-10 - deadline is tomorrow at 3pm.
