| This is to inform you that the reporting period is over, and the reports are now read-only. If you have not sent the signed forms in yet, please do so as they are required from all districts. If you have missed the updating data deadline, you will need to send a signed letter from the superintendent to Ed Giroux and Ken Gu explaining the reason of missing the deadline and assurance for timely reporting in the future.
